I ordered a couple of 18650 E-Powers from him a little over a week ago, and the package arrived marked "received open". He worked with me like a champ as one piece of my order was not in the package.
I placed another order and he included the missing piece and shipped out on Friday, I got it yesterday, WOW !
The devices are great, this is my 2nd and 3rd, and I love them, and now will have 3 more for backups. It's wonderful to get these at his current price of $15 for the bare bones unit, as I have numerous batteries and 3 double chargers.
Brent exhibited great customer service and great fast communication and I definately will be putting him on my list of exemplary vendors.
