A few days ago, I got my China GG in from Hoosiervapes. Sadly, it came to me crossthreaded together and was unable to use it. I emailed Joseph at Hoosiervapes and began a discussion on trying to fix it. Eventually, I sent him a picture and he agreed to send me a return envelope. The plan was that I would send mine back to him and he would try to repair it. It it was unable to be repaired, he would send me a new unit. Well, the envelope got here today and contained a new unit as well as a return envelope. Now, I won't have to wait another week or so to use my mod! It's nice to see a little trust like that. I am SO impressed and they will definitely have my business in the future. I am mailing my damaged unit back tomorrow, but right now, I'm just super stoked!
