Now that I have been using this a few days....without a doubt it is the best atty I own. It is very airy so If you don't like that then this tank isn't for you. Initially I thought it is a power hog but it performs like an RDA and creates huge clouds. For me to make my RDAs or other tanks perform as well the Krixus I would have to set them up with 24g dual coils and then they would consume just as much power as the Krixus. None of the my RDAs or tanks taste as good as the Krixus.

For those having trouble rewicking the Krixus....I already described it on my previous post but I will give more detail....Just peal off the outer layer of the Japanese cotton and use that. When I do it always get a layer of the softer cotton as well. You need exactly 6cm of it. Wet about 2cm of it with eliquid. Start wrapping and in the end wet the whole thing. After this tighten it up one more time with your fingers. Slide the atomizer cover over the cotton very slowly making sure you are not bunching up the cotton. Screw it all the way down and you done. It is super easy to do with the thin layer of cotton. This is the only method I found that afterwards the atty didn't flood.

It depends on what you are looking for! I have tanks here with more then enough air flow where the slots on the base actually have to be closed up at times otherwise you are getting neither flavor or vapor! That can be upwards of 40w depending on what is in the tank.

Here I prefer some extra vapor as compared to what has been seen with the old gear that got replaced while not being a cloud maker! It's hard enough trying to explain to some why having any extra watts or even a sub ohm tank compared to an eGo type battery is worth the bother when sub ohming gets the stereo type label of "Cloud Chasing" Here I built up a collection of tanks as well as mods, batteries, etc. to match things up where I can find the "Sweet Spot" with any juice.

I had problems with leaking, after a few rewicking attempts, removing top layer like posted, it works flawlessly. Also mine seemed to leak where the chimney met the coil. Thinking stray cotton overlapping the top of the coil head was the problem, this Iast wrap so far is working. Make sure you wrap it so when you screw on the cap it won't unwind, and the tighter the better, take your time getting the cap on.

One of my heads is now off center, leaning one way, it was perfect when it arrived. Thinking its possible that while dry burning the head maybe the leads are deforming resulting in movement. Thoughts?

I'm happy with this tank, the taste is lacking the right word, pure.

@Mikera67 One thing I noticed with these coils is that the ceramic can come out very easily. If you take out the plug from the bottom of the atomizer the ceramic comes out very easily and then you can see there are two wires sticking out of the ceramic. Most people think when they get a no atomizer error that the coils is no good but usually that won't be the case. Same thing when you get atomizer short error. It also isn't deformed like you are thinking. It just moved a little when you rewicked it. I have seen all types of errors and my ceramic has been off center after rewicking but all that can easily be fixed. But you would have to take the atty apart to re-position the ceramic.

@bsidb Yeah something is off with your wicking because this thing chucks ridiculous amount of vapor. Now that my coils are totally broken in and I know how to properly wick this thing........it produce ridiculous vapor. My friend vapes at 150 watts quad coils with an RDA and I almost produce as much vapor at 70 watts with the Krixus.

@bsidb At first after I re-wicked I wasn't getting a lot of vapor from my Krixus, but my problem was that I was getting too much liquid to coils. I am using 50/50 juice and the way people are doing it in the youtube videos wasn't working for me. After much experimenting...Now I am using just outer layers of my own Japanese cotton. I use both outer layers with absolutely now softer inner layers. My cotton strips are 6cm. I glue the outer layers together using e-liquid then I start wrapping around the ceramic clockwise....very easy to do. Once I started to do this my vapor increased a lot. But I felt that the vape was still a little too wet. So I took the soft inner layers that I had discarded and wrapped it one time around the head of the atomizer (on the outside not around the ceramic). After doing this the vapor is just right and the amount of vapor I am getting is ridiculous...Of course all this works for me but YMMV.

I have bunch of flavor RDAs and a bunch of RTAs...the Krixus produces more vapor than any of my tanks or RDAs and it is the best tasting atomizer as well. You have to experiment a little but once you find out a wicking method that works best for you the Krixus is amazing. I just wish that the replacement coils were cheaper. FT has them for $9.27...that is the best price I have found.
