It's not unusual. Some vendors do use higher percentages of flavorings than others, not to mention sweetener (which can be a coil killer) or even food colorings (totally unnecessary, hard on coils, but hey, blue rasberry has to be blue? Right?
It's not always isolated to one vendor and etc. Some juices, like NETs for example tend to be gunky. The more "gunk" (all the additional ingredients) the more likely a juice is to be a coil killer.
Less sweet and clear juices (like some of the citruses and etc.) are often less gunky and less hard on coils. It becomes a balance between what you like best that won't kill your coils.
Also a reason why I enjoy DIY. Now that my tastebuds are back the juices I create are a lot different from storebought. Less sweetener, when I search out certain flavors that might have colorant, like chocolate, I purchase a "clear" version if able, and I've come to enjoy more subtle nuances and etc.
If you really love a coil killing juice and don't want it out of rotation, your best bet is really, honestly a rebuildable atomizer, wire and wick are cheap, premade coil heads are NOT. Etc.
I think everyone wishes for a magic solution when they find that "favorite" juice that kills their coils, but there just isn't one.
