I don't believe your going to find an answer here for that question that isn't based mostly on speculation. I personally keep a 10ml bottle in my pocket all day and have for the better part of 2 weeks. We know the body or atleast mine is generally 98.6F and that's pretty warm, but my liquid is just fine. Now that's just my personal experience and I have no way of know where your liquid came from or how long it was in transit or what the conditions of said transit were. I know in the summer here our brown trucks can easily exceed 100F, but to say that would cause degridation in the liquid would be pure speculation.
