anyone else have this experience? depending on the flavor and nic level, does anyone else think the flavor changes drastically depending whether you are on a battery or a PT? cant do red cow on the PT only the battery. is there that much of a voltage change? any thoughts anyone?

I notice a big taste difference between the two. There's only a few flavors I enjoy on the PT. I really prefer the battery.

There are several on here though that like the taste and vapor on the PT better. Just depends.

Anyway so it's not just you... there is a change in taste when you change the voltage. The pass through uses 5v the batteries use 3.7v

Yeah I agree, sometimes I can handle the pt, sometimes I cant. I definately prefer the battery. If I am using the pt it seems to be great for those times that I cant seem to get a good vape on the battery. And even then I only use it for a bit til I get satisfied, then its back to the batt. Its a much warmer vapor and I think the heat destroys the flavor a bit.

I wonder if the juice at V4L is geared towards the lower voltage? It would make sense.

just got my new order so i was offline a bit lol-they sent me margarita juice so... filled an empty and screwed it on my PT. well, no problem with this one on 5 volts. some flavors i just dont get, there is no lager taste at all in the free lager cart i got, but this margarita juice is woop woop wow. its like i am smoking a glass of really good citrus punch. and the flavor, unlike many others i have tried, actually lingers a while. this is a good day...

Flavor is pretty personal, you just have to experiment and decide for yourself which ones you like better on the higher PT voltage.

Coffee tends to be fantastic on the PT, but lacking on the battery for me. I'm saving my coffee carts until my PT's arrive.

kinda happy that i can just taste these now. 2 weeks ago i could eat camel crap with a rusty spoon and probably not taste it.
i can now tell if somebody's coffee has flavored creamer in it or just black coffee just from the smell. amazing

I find that the "lighter" flavors do better for me on the PT... like pineapple or banana. Cuban Cigar and 555 are my "go to" flavors on battery, but they seem too strong on the PT.

PT just got unpacked.... tried the s'mores, tried the pink lemonade... sticking with the lemonade for now. YUM!!!

ha i just got a bottle of lemonade but didnt fill a cart i am still too in love with the margarita and been chain vaping it for the last 2 hours. crushing it on my new PT like there is no tomorrow. cant even get it hot no matter how hard i try. gonna try the lemonade later. i have even been able to straight inhale off my PT with the margarita, something i can even think about with the so-called "tobacco" flavors. they are all just too hot and harsh

Don't get me wrong, its a matter of taste. Some people LOVE the high voltage and the extra vapor it makes. It does go through juice a bit more quickly also.
