My poor language knowledge and the urge to post lol. I think it's German after review, is it?
Yeah, its German, or Dutch, one of them West Germanic languages. I don't know either, so I couldn't tell the difference probably.
I think they may have brought them in over the Atlantic instead of the Pacific, or maybe both depending on it's destination.
A poster in the FT forum that got his somewhere else says that it has a rubberized coating. I'm hoping the he is mistaken, the finish on my VS rDna started looking bad after 1 week and I'm pretty good about taking care of stuff.
I got mine from GB today. I just got it charged up and started playing with it. It does have a rubbery feeling texture to it. The battery feels pretty solid when connected.
Other than that, it's my first dna 200. So I'm still figuring most of it out, just been playing with it in kanthal mode with an aromamizer so far, since I haven't even downloaded e scribe to drop the temp preheat down from 200 degrees.

Now it has, being processed, expected delivery also on Monday
My Hotcig arrived at my local post office an hour ago and is to be delivered tomorrow. I just returned from there, tried to get it today but it was still on the pallet so it will be tomorrow.
Glad to hear it. USPS finally started tracking mine on their system about noontime the day after it landed. 48 Hours after it showed up in Secaucus NJ it is still listed as arrived at Shipping Partners Faciliy (45 minute drive from here) - No Movement.
Either it is moving through the system untracked or someone at DHL really, really liked it!

Had a surprise when I got home - despite dhl & usps showing no movement since it was handed off to the post office in KY a couple days ago.

Updated old firmware, battery cells low and unbalanced, something like 9.9 volts on pack. Charging now. Pack was set to 9 wh in EScribe, changed to 9.9 wh.
It feels pretty heavy compared to my Opus. Feels like a VS (finish)
So it's charging now via USB, no idea of the rate the Hotfire balance charger outputs amp wise but it's wall wart is 800 mah @ 15 volts.
Ohm's reads the same as on my Opus.
OK, finally had a couple hits off it even though the battery is still charging, the excitement is now over (providing the cells come out balanced and I suspect that they will. (and they are now)
Oh, the spring on the 510 pin is fairly strong, about the same as my Opus. The top of the 510 is a bit lower than the well it sits in so my 25 mm Subtank isn't going to fit without it's adapter, no biggie there.

There are 3 small screws under the label on the inner side, same pattern as on the board, I shall leave them be for now.
