House of Vapor Crisp

I'd like to know if anyone has tried the liquid "Crisp" from the house of vapor. Its sold by the Dram which I think is about 4 ml ? Does it improve throat hit? I've tried throat hit plus from the Vapor Pro, but it does'nt really do much for me. Any review would be helpful.
