well the place is down to 2 places the first one told me no problem than called me back to say they would have to talk to owner. but it can hold like 150 the other one is Norton's Texas Grill & Pub we can use the AC bar but only holds about 60? so i need input!!

i will unable to attend as I have my two weeks Coast Guard Reserve time in Sabine Pass starting the 6th of July through the 18th..

Anytime before Sept 4th is fine with me! And please no downtown. Other than that, I'm cool with wherever. I know on my side of town outside of City Limits at the places that allow smoking we should be OK. I am in NW houston.
