We got hammered a little bit, but nothing was damaged.

Was up all that night hearing the Syrians. Really just what dose immediate area mean??? The big one passed a 30 min drive from here. I was looking for the thing to set down on my house with that message. Trees down and power line in the roads here. Small debris and such. But now 2 days later, the town is up and running like nothing happened. I feel awful knowing so much has happened so close to home. Ppl still missing homes destroyed...... A shift in the wind was all that was needed to save us but at the cost of so many others. I pray for us all...

Night before last was the nasty one (April 27th and early into morning on 28th) for me - power never went out but we expected it since it happens every time there's a storm.
