Just as a little back story, I bought a "supposed" KF v3.1 (clone) off ebay, when it arrived it was infact a very very crappy Russian clone. So I borrowed my friends KF3.1 for a day and loved it! The next day I went to my local shop and bought a KFL+ v2 and so far it's night and day difference from my original.
So heres the heart of the matter. I noticed the draw on my KFL+ is a bit tighter than that of the v3.1, is not much more than my Kanger Aerotank wide open. I like a little more of an airy draw like the 3.1 has. Now I have already removed the airflow control screw and it's still a pretty tight draw. So with the AFC screw removed and the fact that the air hole is already pretty big, there is no need for me to drill it out anymore, I already know I wont gain anything by doing that. So my next thought would be the center post, does anyone make aftermarket center posts for the KFL that have a larger hole running through them? or is it even possible to drill it out myself without damaging it? or am I just way off base here?
