How can some blow fatter clouds than others, with the same resistance?

Ive messed with ultra low res before (.4 dual coils), and to me it seemed .7-.8ohm coils produce marginally less vapor than, lets say, a .4ohm coil. But yet i see some Youtube videos where people are blowing HUGE clouds with .4 builds. I never blew clouds like that with my build...and I cant imagine pg/vg ratio making that much of a difference. Im not necessarily saying i want to fog up a room, im just wondering what difference could affect same resistance coils from producing different amounts of vapor.

Also, on a side note:
Where can i look on this forum to research different types of builds?

PG/VG content can actually have a pretty significant impact... A high PG ratio will carry flavor better but have less vapor... A high VG content will lose a little flavor intensity, but have bigger clouds... This is generally speaking, there are some pretty tasty 100% VG juices out there.

Also, how are the coils constructed? A .8 Ohm coil made from a few wraps of 30AWG wire will not have as much heating surface area as a 28AWG microcoil.

If you see something on YouTube that interests you, just post a comment on the video and ask what they're using. As long as you're respectful about it, you'll usually get a straight answer (along with a few dozen people calling you a noob). You never know unless you ask! :)

Also, the type of wicking material can make a difference... The more juice you're wicking up to the coil, the more vapor you're going to make when it fires.

Dual coils in the crow's flight path from air holes to bottom of DT.
Minimize air flow obstructions in the crows flight path other than coil.
Dual air holes at least 1/8"; should feel like inhaling on a fat straw.
3/32" ID coils work.
Twisted 30GA works.
Standard and microish coils work.
Verify coil stays wet but not flooded after firing.
0.9 ohms work.
Loose cotton ball wick but wick needs to be snug against coil wall.
Extreme clouds possible from 50% to 100% VG; have not tried cloud chasing less than 50% VG.
Device switch must have a reasonably low voltage drop.
Must have high drain batt in good condition.
Direct lung pull required.
Be safe and enjoy the white outs:)
