Blu was my gateway to Ego. It was ok for what it was, but it was a pain. Sitting next to an eGo I don't think I would have purchased the eGo because I liked the form factor of Blu. That being said... It would be nice if they sold Egos. I think you can pop one of those 'cigalike butts' onto an ego. I've never tried it, but I'd think that wouldn't be the best vape. It would be a better way for people to start vapeing though...
I've heard alot of people talk about 'trying' vaping, referring to their experience with cigalikes. All of my friends that have expressed interest in vaping I've convinced to start with an eGo starter kit. Unless you are going disposable cigalikes the starter pack is at around the same price point. Everyone I have started on eGo's love them. Haven't looked back.
Personally, I think Big Tobacco would be smart to jump in on the game. They can duplicate the flavors of their tobacco's in juice and create starter packs with eGo style batteries. They wouldn't be loosing customers, and most of the people I know stick to the first flavors they've tried and liked. Not to mention they already have the distribution channel in place. Not saying they won't move on eventually, but speaking from personal experience, I still make regular orders to the first vendor I've found and liked. I do order new juice from other vendors, but my regular vapes are generally what I first found enjoyable.
Enough with the rambling:
I agree with a previous poster that said the market isn't unified. Not saying it couldn't be, but generally speaking Tech Manufactures dont make juice.
