I think there are some issues in the "intmail.183.com.cn" tracking system, I got this message in the last couple days as well. Just try again later and it should be fine.

I also found that the delivery time of the China registered airmail is taking longer now than before. I usually get the shipment in about 2 to 2.5 weeks. But now it seems it will take almost a month or a bit more..... maybe it is the busy time of the year???

yes. normally the busy time of the year starts from Oct and end in Feb. china airmail gets very slow during the busy season.

so we suggest clients to choose EMS instead of China airmail.

i am sorry for the slow process via china airmail. i just checked it on www.usps.com.

it may leave china or not. but it should leave the post office. perhaps it is waiting for airplane at airport. perhaps it is sleeping at airplane. anyway it is on the way to you.
