I think for a pic and sig you need 15 or more posts, once you hit 15 the option box will appear in your profile.....I'm waiting too lol

Sounds like there is a post requirement. I don't know anything about that.

For your profile picture, go to Settings - Edit profile picture
For your Avatar picture, go to Settings - Edit Avatar

After you have 15 posts, you will have Edit Signature appear in Settings and be able to add a sig.
