trying to figure out how to add a signature i got 16 post now and cant seem to figure it out
how do i add a sig

Go to your "Settings" page to edit your signature. You just crossed the 15 post limit, so it may take a while for it to show up. Don't forget to preview the signature
If you want a quit smoking banner, just click on another member's banner and it will take you to a page to fill in your own information. I hope that helps you.
