How do i break in a smok ego dual coil carto?

officially known as a smok eGo Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer

in the past i have blown out the nasty tasting stuff from the inside, but this isnt working. do i just burn it off by turning the battery on over and over?

is there a specific way to drip into this? can i just drip out of the bottle into white mesh stuff?

Only attys have the nasty "primer" fluid in them. With a filler type carto like you have just drip down the side into the filler, avoiding the vented tube. I use a syringe and needle to fill my cartos. Its fast and easy and I don't have to wait for the juice to absorb.

Don't activate your device until the juice in the carto is fully absorbed or you'll likely burn the filler and ruin the carto.

how many minutes does it typically take for the liquid to be absorbed?
is it safe to let the carto sit standing up while the liquid absorbs?

yes and yes. let it absorb for about 30 minutes (if you can wait!). after it absorbs, drip a little more on top to seal the deal, then it's ready. just don't drip too much right before using it, especially if it's right at it's saturation point, because any additional juice will come out the battery end. i usually can get a few more drops in just before using it - it kind of primes it in my mind, though it probably doesn't make any difference if you were to just start vaping after the 30 min period. the 30 minute mark is just a guideline...some say it's best to let it sit overnight, but i think 30 minutes is sufficient (never had any problems/burnt taste with 30).

Very nice info above. 30 minutes is good enough. With the EMDCC people usually recommend them sit overnight but, I can't do that at all. I usually use a syringe since I'm not willing to sit there and drip 3.5ml or more into that thing.

Just remember to top if off whenever you notice a drop in flavor. EMDCC's are juice hogs and you'll be going through a lot with these.
