How Do I Get My Banner Across The Bottom of My Posts????

I have banner to put on my profile, but I don't see where to put it in. I was told before that I had to have 15 posts before I could use one, is that correct?? What am I doing wrong??Thanks

I believe it's in settings you can upload it or add the link in the signature section.
