There are many factors that affect the life of the coil, it's based on how much juice you use rather than a time period. Different juices affect it differently as well. You'll know when it's gone though, it's a pretty gross taste ;)

lol thanks electri, I know I have burned at least one out...was disgusting...and I do believe I have gotten a couple of dry hits...which is also pretty darn gross! 8-o

I heat that it's much better to get a replacement tank instead of cleaning.

I think it depends on tank. If you have a good glass tank like Aspire Nautilus Mini or A kanger all of which you can get replacement parts, you can clean. It is the coil that I didn't know you were supposed to clean. Ooops. If you have the cheap plastic tanks...I think once you burn the coils on them you do have to pitch. They call those a certain name, but I'll be darned if know what they called. lol Heck don't know what mine called. just know glass and I have kangers and aspire tanks..lol

I have cinnamon roll flavor, carmel apple flavor, apple rings flavor, and root beer flavor all from mt baker vapor. Do you think I should share these all with the same atomizer and just clean it out between switching flavors. Because including the nautilus tank that gives me 6 of the 1.8 ohms coils and 1 of the 1.6 ohm coil
Most of those should be ok not sure about the root beer might get a apple or cinnamon taste for a while. If you diy you can run about a 1/4 tank of vg pg nicotine without any flavor before you use your root beer.
