How do I pm another member?

Upper right corner where it says your username, inbox, and alerts... Hover your mouse over inbox, click 'Start a new conversation' and type in the username of the person you are trying to reach.

You'll need to get 5 posts(messages) in before you can use the PM system(Conversations). Once you get your fifth post you'll have to wait for the forum to update, happens at :25 after each hour.
