How do I remove batt connector?

I'm working on my first mod, but I'm not really sure how to removove the batt connector from a factory joye 510. Can anyone help me with this?

I don't know as I've just bought connectors from madvapes (or others). I do know that there's been threads discussing this very issue.

It used to be the only way to get a connector (unless you wanted to make your own!) but now days lots of places sell them. And when I've ordered I've received them literally 2 days later!

Buy them and unless you have some soldering skills, buy an extra.

I'd agree with the buy them sentiment. They're cheap enough from altsmoke. And he's always taken good care of me with little extras. Buy a few fittings, and while you're there, you can pick up a few adapters to try all the different atomizers on your new mod Good luck, and happy vaping!

you can do what i did and cut it the battery open and get the connector out takes a few min to do it. and make shure the batt is totally dead someone here had an incident opening up a working batt

I just used a plumbers copper pipe cutter.
On my 4081 battery about 12mm from the end and cut it off.
Cut wires.

Sanded the remaining outer case before epoxying into place.
