The doublers are from Tasty Vapor. They sell some really high nic juice...then they sell doublers of the same flavor with no nicotine. That way you can buy a high nic juice and "cut" it with the no-nic (same flavor) juice. That way you don't lose flavor. Cheaper. For instance, 30ml of 48mg juice can be mixed with 30ml of no-nic juice and you end up with 60ml of 24ml juice. Or you can split it again and get 120ml of 12mg juice. Etc.

Think I will go with TV and try it. Heard Stickyfingers is good. Hope it is like Ms T's Snickerdoodle. I am hooked on that flavor. Any tips on how to drip?

Tips on dripping: Get a drip-tip.

By "Stickyfingers," do you mean "Tastyfinger?" Tastyfinger tastes like a Butterfinger made with dark chocolate.

My suggestion for TV purchases is to wait for a flavor you like to get on the "weekly special" list, then buy (2) 1oz. 48mg 10%VG of that flavor ($20), along with a 4oz. 70%VG doubler of the same flavor ($15). Mix 5mL of nic juice with 10mL of doubler and you end up with 15mL of 16mg 50%VG juice, at a price of $5.83 per 30mL (1oz.)

Dripping is really quite easy. You can use an empty cart for a mouthpiece at first. Just remove the cart, drip 2-3 drops directly onto the atty, replace the cart, and vape like normal. 2-3 drops lasts almost a smoke break for me. If you enjoy dripping, you could purchase a drip tip, which is a hollow tube that allows you to drip without removing the mouthpiece.

"Tastyfinger" is VERY GOOD.

If you want to stretch your juice out, try cutting your juice down, with a doubler, to a lower mg than you are using now. Most people can not tell the difference between say 28mg to 22mg. Or 18mg to 12mg.

I've only been in the vaping scene for three weeks, and cost quickly became the biggest issue for me, so stretching my e-juice and hardware is priority number one.

Tonight I made a nice "menthol" flavor for my 510 that tastes very similar to, but cleaner than, the menthol flavored cartomizers sold by Njoy for the 2N1.

So, now I get a really clean menthol flavor with the fabulous vapor of the 510, and it cost very little.

Here's my "Minty Menthol" recipe:

1 part unflavored E-Juice (whatever brand you like)
1 part McCormick's Peppermint Extract (yes, the kind you can find @ your local grocers. (1 oz bottle - $4.62)
1 part Vegetable Glycerin (Humco brand from Walmart - USP -6 oz bottle $4.12 after tax)
1/8 Part distilled water (as close to free as you can get - $0.93 for a gallon)

This mix creates a very pleasant "menthol cool" sensation. The throat hit will depend on the E-Juice you use.

I made a 0-mg Mix without any E-Juice just to see how it would taste, and was surprised to find that it was quite pleasant. So, I could see myself vaping this if I ever get to a point down the road where I manage to wean myself off of nicotine altogether.

Don't let the McCormick's name scare you. After doing a lot of research over the past month or so, consensus seems to be that most non-fruit extracts are safe as long as they contain no food coloring or sugar/sweetener (safe being a relative term since no long term trials have been conducted - so as always, you vape at your own risk) . The McCormick's label lists the ingredients as Alcohol (89%), Oil of Peppermint and Water.

I have noticed quite a bit of snobbery towards McCormick's on a few different forums. You can pay a fortune for some LorAnn flavorings if you like - but I wouldn't waste your money.

Since it does contain Oil of Peppermint, I would advise cleaning your atomizers each night. Simply blowing them out with Canned Air works wonders.

I hope you enjoy.:2c:

Wow, great info. thanks. First of all Wolf, let me know if you hear anything about TV selling Snickerdoodle. Wish I could find one of their flavors that even tasted similar. ANy ideas?
As far as cost of vaping, it wasnt that much until i got the mega cartridges and starting filling them. I notice I vape alot more now. Really interested in trying dripping. I am going on vacation and when i get home, i am ordering the doubles from TV and some drip tips. i am going to try it now with the cartridge. I love this stuff. Have almost quit cigs. When I do smoke one, i dont like the taste anymore and reach for my ecig as soon as i put the cig out LOL Also, as far as expense, i am stocking up on some atomizers along with the mega ones. I dont have alot of juice and have several i dont care for...trying to trade them out. Take care and thanks for the hel.

Hi there! Noob here but I have got a question... If I replaced the standard cart with a drip-tip or a t-tip and vaped holding my 510 pointed at an angle towards the ceiling, then wouldn't the e-liquid from inside drip into my mouth? Or is there something in the drip tip that would prevent this from happening?
