How do I vape exactly?

How do I vape exactly? Am I supposed to inhale it? Am I just supposed to draw it into my mouth? How do I get this "TH" if I dont inhale it? I read somewhere that I was supposed to draw into my mouth and exhale it through my nose. Well I'm here to tell you that I will never ever try that again! The burn was less than desirable. I guess I just need some instructions on how to do this right. I'm so confused.

Nose exhale doesn't work for everyone. Irritates my sinuses if I do it too much. Most important thing is to draw slowly into your mouth, then inhale deeply if you want (I always do) and exhale.

The nic is actually absorbed more through your mouth and throat than your lungs. Yes, inhale it but you don't need to blow it through your nose. Your nose is going to do the tasting for you that's why people say to exhale that way. I tried french inhaling a couple of times and it made my eyes water...nope not doing that again.

I inhale because it gives me the same feeling I had when I was smoking. If I don't inhale, I don't feel as satisfied. It's more of a psychological, sense memory thing.

The general way to vape, without choking up a lung, iis to do a slow draw into the mouth then "mouth breathe" the vapor mixed with a lot of air. It is similar to smoking a pipe if you have ever done so or seen someone with a pipe. Personally. I French vape, but French smoked as well. Definitely not for everyone.

Same as French smoke - draw vapor/smoke into mouth then slowly release it from the mouth as you breath in through the nose. Ends up with a thin stream of smoke/vape going from the mouth to the nose for the inhale. Great for getting the lfavor/smell.

I guess it could be call "nose smoking" but that sounds gross

p.s. And I have no idea why it is called that. If you want to see it, though not very well, one of the girls, "Frenchie," demonstrates French smoking during the slumber party in the movie Grease.

First off, the draw on an ecig is very different from a traditional cigarette. Take long, slow, *easy* drags (as opposed to the quick, sharp, deep draw on a cigarette), let the vapor fill your mouth and then inhale into your lungs. If you try to draw as you would on a cig, you'll more than likely end up in a coughing fit. Practice makes perfect!
