Hi all.. just got a voopoo drag .. I'm having an annoying issue with the system lock... it also locks the fire button as well as the wattage up and down buttons.. can anybody tell me how I STOP it from locking the fire button... regards

Same thing here, Lock mode stops everything. I use it when putting it in my pocket so it won't fire so it's handy for me. Settings don't change when I'm using it so that's not important to me. I have a smok that has a separate Lock the fire button and lock the settings but it's over twice the price. For me Voopoo does all I want, I'm happy with it.
I don't have that mod, so I'm not sure. It's possible that there's a system update that might do something for you, you could google it. Maybe someone with more knowledge will be along to help. How often is it doing this, and are you asking it to?
In any case, welcome to ECF and I hope you resolve your issue with the mod. One of my favorite things about my steampunk nano 120 is the separate on/off switch... genius, and so easy....

Problem is this .. when I unlock system so I can actually use the fire button my other fingers mash across the up down buttons altering the wattage.. also meaning I have to visually check the wattage .. I've inadvertently moved the wattage up on several occasions just by picking it up .. on every other vape I've used when the system lock is employed only the up down buttons get locked ( not the fire button).. it's really bugging me and if I can't get this solved it's going back to where it came .. I'll get something else .. ps tried to get in touch with manufacturer .. no joy .

If you haven't updated the firmware yet, may want to hold off. About all that is really introduced with it is auto shut off after 10 min.
Ok.. thanks for the info .. saw that the firmware update doesn't solve the problem .. interestingly though , one guy on a u tube review showed in a demo that his fire button works with system lock .. and another reviewer was having the same problem as me , and no matter what he tired couldn't get it sorted .. it annoyed him too .. it's a shame cos it's a really good device and I like it a lot .. however it's bugging me so much I'm gonna return to sender .. thanks to all for helping .
Voopoo has updates Version:V1.0.0.1 is what the unit now ships with, Version:V1.5.1.26 contains 27 .USR files that can be put in the unit, some can't be read, some ruin the display, the only useful one I found can make the unit work in voltage mode. The application lets you do quite a few things with the display and setting temp and power curves.
When the unit is in the lock mode the fire button will still be able to change the mode, wattage, ss, ni and ti. It will also be able to let you change the watts in temp mode. Up and down buttons bring up the lock screen.
