How Do tanks work?

Now using 808 can I use in a tank? How do they work? I usually have to drip fluid into Cardomizers being careful not to get any in middle tube. How do they work in a tank. How does fluid get into Cardomizers? Thanks.

Fluid simply enters the cardo through the holes or slots. Drawing on the drip tip creates low pressure in the carto which draws fluid in from the tank.

You can buy pre-punched cartos, or you can punch/slot them your self.
