Back in my EGO days the front shirt was possible....

But a Nemesis topped by a kayfun will drop out of the shirt pocket in a New York Minute and cause all kinds of mechanical mayhem.

In the hand or in the Pouch or on the table top. Never a pocket.

What pouch?

And I don't always wear a shirt with a pocket. A lot of times I wear t-shirts.

I guess I'm a bit of a germaphobe but I don't want my drip tip touching anything inside my pocket or anything else besides my mouth like I said. I'm just surprised that there isn't much out there in terms of protective sleeves or slim cases and whatnot, especially with the ego style devices.

Hmmm I'm sure you may be aware of this but your mouth is full of germs and active bacteria 24/7. We don't live alone...

Unless you have an aversion to doing laundry there's most likely nothing living in your pocket to be concerned with... you're already breathing dust, dirt, mold, yeast, germs or whatever is airborne around you and your pocket already.

Those little condom things will become a new habitat to colonize for any bacteria and stuff your drip tip is picking up from your mouth... Might be better to just relax and not worry so much in this realm.

your drip tip is removable so it can be sterilized daily get some micro zip-lock bags 1"x1" and take the tip off put it in the bag pull it out when you want to take a toke and then return it to your pocket in the baggy until you want to use it again then sterilize it at night put it in a new bag to use for the following day and there you have it problem solved no foreign contaminants on your drip tip. Otherwise I don't see a resolve for your because the vape bag is going to have the same contaminants as a pocket and it isn't like it will the bag will fit in your pocket. You could put all your vape gear in a fanny pack with the drip-tip in a zip-lock bag still and then you've solved sanitized portability of the mod atty charger coils juice and drip-tip. There you have it a vapers sanitized fanny!

It's a Chris creations 14500 novice with tank upgrade and a custom pink camo wrap with a stainless and Pyrex drip tip.

That is so awesome...I JUST watched a PBusardo review where he mentions this device. I'm really considering one. How's the battery life with the 14500?

LOL... Don't tell the OP that - they may never take another breath again! :p

Seriously though, I've been carrying my gear in my pocket for a year now and I haven't been sick yet. Your pocket probably isn't all that dirty, unless you're like my son and are fond of "road kill" frogs. Found a paper thin frog in his pocket one time while doing laundry. It was like a hard crispy Kermit potato chip

A little dirt won't hurt ya.

Every 3 months buying two new battery's and cycling out old . Battery life isn't bad for me. I am not a full time vaper anymore. I chain vape for an hour in the morning and from 5-11pm. I need one battery a day. When I was using it full time I only used two a day. As usual you have to compromise when using a smaller device. If the battery is too small you could get the fatty atty instead and use it on a device that uses a larger battery. The novice has the fatty atty built in but it has a slit for airflow instead of a hole. It's my favorite atty. they have a tank upgrade kit for the fatty also.

I got a few of these....eGo long Carry Case Black | Vape eGo Travel Case | Vaping Case | Sure Vapes

They are a bit longer then a standard Ego case but it will hold my full size Provari with a Kayfun on top with not problem. It also holds a 1300 Mah Vision Spinner with a Kayfun.

They offer just as much protection as the larger Ego cases. I don't know if they would be comfortable in your pocket. I have a little case in my purse that I just set these up in.

5th new member post! I think...

Anyway ever since I started vaping about 2 weeks ago I've been wondering how everybody carries these things around. So what I've been doing is squeezing my evod vv 1000 mAh and mini PT3 into a ziploc bag and putting it in my pocket. I don't want my drip tip touching anything but my mouth or something clean. How do you guys do it??

The correct technique is to grow a pair, unless you want to enter the world's wimpiest man contest. It's never occurred to me that a drip tip might transfer dirt to my mouth, but I'm too old to share the deranged modern obsession with 'healthiness'. Your immune system needs you to give it a regular workout, so forget about the condom nonsense and give your body the crap it needs to become strong. You'll thank me for this tough love someday.

This would be the best answer to wanting to clean a drip tip. The First Years Gumdrop Pacifier Wipes - 40 Count | BabiesRUs

The human mouth is a cesspool of filth. That mouth is placed on your drip tip. If you are yucky about nasty things on your drip tip, your pocket is probably not as bad as putting your mouth on it. But apparently placing a person's mouth the drip tip is very necessary for the vaping action, it is unavoidable. So pacifier wipes should work.

I personally don't care about what (within my personal space) touches my drip tip, And if I did, my resolution is to wipe it of with my shirt or a napkin or paper towel if they are available.

I believe it is a scientific fact that a quick shirtwipe kills 99.9% of all imaginary bacteria. Read it on the internet.

This is something I am constantly aware of (how to carry my vaporizer that is). If I have my KFL+ on my mod, I just put it in a pocket, making sure the drip tip stays upright. Now that I got the Veritas and have been using that, I have been more hesitant to put it in my pocket. Even though I have heard the Veritas is drip resistant (and the looks of the design certainly lend to those claims) I do not want to chance putting it in a pocket or a bag and then reach in to a gooey mess :(

Any time I put a dripper in my pocket I make sure I've vaped the well dry. Which is very often sense that's all I use now on my Reo's.

You may find that in VERY hot weather that your kayfun will leak juice through the air hole. You can remedy that by putting it in your pocket drip tip down. This allows the pressure change in the tank to vent out the air hole without pushing juice out as well. Found that out the hard way.

ETA... this technique works as well if you're driving in the mountains. The pressure changes at different altitudes will also cause juice to leak.
