How do you clean an atty with an exposed wick?

I usually drain my 510 atty's overnight but obviously can't set my 306 atty upside down to drain.

Any tips on cleaning?

Leave a blank mouthpiece on it and you can stand it up, though I find draining is unnecessary except after a cleaning.
