I don't have to constantly clear my throat any more. My activity level has always been pretty low, so I can't really speak to how much better my lungs are.

Only thing that's hard for me health-wise since I started is staying hydrated, but I'm getting better at reminding myself to drink more water (which, consequently has made me cut WAY down in soda).

I'm fortunate to be one of those genetically slim, active people, and was even when I smoked. So I haven't noticed much difference there. But I did have a bad morning cough until I got up and moving around, and slight wheezing at night when I lay down. Both totally disappeared a couple of days after I started vaping, and I am very happy about that.

It's great to hear all this, last time I tried jogging because I wanted to get back into shape was around 2 years ago and I couldn't make it more than a block before I couldn't run anymore because I couldn't breath. I've been smoking around a PAD since I was 13, sometimes more sometimes less, for the last few years more and I have tried everything except pharmaceuticals to quit smoking and nothing has worked so really looking forward to getting my life back with vaping.

I'll admit, I haven't been very active for some time however the first thing I noticed is my sense of smell getting sensitive. Smelling second hand smoke actually stunk where before I tolerated it because I too was a smoker. For about 2 weeks after dropping cigarettes, I had the congested feeling in the back of my throat/sinuses as if I was coming down with something, but instead was randomly coughing up phlegm (assuming from tar getting dislodged). Another thing is I'm constantly thirsty, but we all knew that vaping dehydrates you.
