How do you find juices that are close to particular cigaretts brands?

It's not really possible to replicate the taste of burning tobacco leaves with juice. I found that I really liked vaping flavors that I never thought I would enjoy. My favorites are tea flavors. There are many though who do enjoy "tobacco like" flavors. I'm sure that they will chime in with some advice. My suggestion would be to try other flavors too. Some vendors sell sample packs with small amounts of different flavors (including tobacco flavors). That way you get to try different flavors without investing too much on juice you don't like.

I have read things where people say that it is hard to find an exact match. I like Tennessee Cured from Johnson Creek Smoke Juice, the 100% PG. The VG is too sweet for my tastes. I have heard good things about different 555 juices. eliquidplanet.com has a lot of tobacco flavors, and so does vaporbomb.com I haven't tried either so I can't verify the quality but I have heard good things about both suppliers. Also you might want to try Vapor Renu they have tobaccoo flavors and their juices are well priced.

Hey springbird,

I was just wondering where are you getting your tea flavors? So far i have only seen one teaberry and i liked the flavor and when I saw your post I was hoping that you would tell me the suppliers for your teas because I would like to try some more.

Thanks

I think you have to shop around until you find something familiar enough to satisfy and comfort you. But it's tricky to find what that will be.

1. Many companies sell the Chinese (Dekang) PG juices and some of those have names like various cigarette brands (though I think the Marlb-y names have been changed to USA Mix, Camel might be Desert Ship). I found the Chinese PG stuff satisfied my craving but that was about it. Some other companies mix their own (may be VG, PG or VG/PG based) and give them names reminiscent of the brands. Maybe something with a similar name will hit the spot for you (of course this won't work if you smoked an unpopular brand)

2. Read and search the juice reviews section and the juice discussion subforum to see if you can find anyone mentioned your brand. And once you have enough posts (5?) you could ask in the juice discussion (not the reviews) section and maybe someone will have some suggestions.

3. You can go to the website of the brand you smoked and find their list of the flavor ingredients in your exact brand. Common ingredients you might find are cocoa, honey, brown sugar, licorice. My old favorite smoke had cocoa in it so I read the descriptions of tobacco flavors at lots of companies and found one that mentioned cocoa (Backwoods Brew's Casablanca) and I tried that - it sort of hit the spot for me. I does not taste like my cigarettes tasted but it's familiar enough to be comforting and satisfy me.

Hubby has been chasing the "flavor" since we switched a month ago, so far the RY4 has been his favorite. But I have noticed that he has started to be open minded about other non-tobacco flavors. I think that is kind of the concept. I am grateful to be able to tweak my flavor to what I like, never could walk into a gas station and ask for a pack of Marlboro Menthol lights, with a twist of chocolate, coffee and extra mint ;)

To be honest you really don't find a juice that will taste like anything you smoked, just look for a few flavors be they tobacco or flavor style that you enjoy. It's important to remember you have stopped smoking so stop looking for that taste as well. You will be far better off when you do.
