I've written into them like twice in the past almost 2 weeks now and can't get a response from them. That's not good for a new customer experience. It certainly doesn't match up to what everyone says about them so I'm not sure what the deal is.
Thanks, I'll give them a shot! I like a company who stands behind their products but also provides support when it's needed. I'm starting to have second thoughts about them but I'll wait until I speak to someone first before making a decision.
