How do you get that cessation announcement in your signature, and is it automated?

I've noticed a lot of folks have their # of days smoke-free (and amount of $ saved) in their signatures... Do you have to go in and manually update that yourself, or is it an automated widget sort of thing?

Can anyone link me to instructions to create it? I think it will encourage me to keep track )

Go Here Track the time you've been smoke-free, the money you've saved and the cigarettes you have avoided since quitting input your info, it will create a banner for You with its own url. then in Your profile settings thing, paste the url, after that point it updates automatically

Good info! Now I just need to hit the magic number of posts so I can have a signature that says:

"I have been smoke free for 2 days...$18.00 saved and 40 analogs avoided" or something to that effect.

At some point in time everyone here had no idea, clue or knowledge about vaping and are happy to pass on what they have learned and experienced .
