How do you insert the "days quit smoking" box into your replies?

Subject says it all. I like those boxes that detail days one has quit analogs, money saved, etc. Too dumb to figure it out myself. Help appreciated.

Hi Bugsy, first you need to have at least 15 posts, then find a counter that you like on someone's post. Click on the counter and it will bring up a page to fill out with your information, after submitting that copy the forum code. Then go to settings and on left hand side click on edit signature, then paste the code in box. If you have any problems feel free to send me a pm and I will help you. Happy vaping!!!!!!!!
