My biggest fear in diving into any new hobby is how do I keep it organized (hello OCD). Golf is easy, golf clubs, balls and Tees fit in one bag and travel as a whole; weight lifting has left me with jugs of suppliments which had to be sorted into stacking tupperwear.

I like to keep everything neat, tidy and packable ready (IE if I want to move, I am kind of a nomad). How do you keep your vaping gear organized? With multiple sized batteries, USB chargers, 110v->USB plugs, PCC, tanks, Cartos, Juices etc, it is a large amount of stuff to accumulate fast.

My solution so far is a dedicated stacking draw organizer. Dymo label tape on bottles to map juice to clearomizer, tupperware for spare parts (clips, plug removers etc..) and a little cup for filled clearos.

How do you guys keep it all sorted? The bottles with fill tips are a risk for me as I do not want to remove fill tips, but also they are fragile, best I could think was use an old box and prop them up:

I have a large vertical box with plastic drawers of various sizes, maybe its intended purpose is to hold screws, nails, and the like (visualize what most people have on their work bench in their garage). I used to use it for organizing makeup...I use cartomizers and they fit in the small drawers nicely (widthwise), as do small bottles of juice, and larger drawers are good for larger (>30 mL) bottles of juice. The only thing is that they have to be laid in their side (after being tightly closed!) for this setup.
Now, my next step is how to organize all my cartomizers 'on the go', currently using a small cosmetics bag, but everything rattles around in there.
You could probably look online at "The container store" or some such place and look at what they have to get an idea of what's out there (as far as how to store your gear and keep it organized).

I use a Plano tackle box for hardware and a few DIY supplies. Besides the 4 utility boxes that it has slots for, you can remove the bait racks and slide two more small utility boxes in there. The top has a compartment large enough to hold my 'tools' like a pair of needle nose pliers, hemostats, small flashlight and a host of other items that I used to have to search the junk drawer in the kitchen for each time... I keep the juice in a small CD storage box.

I'm pretty sure if anyone saw my organization skills (or lack thereof), they would probably run for the hills.

For a while, I stayed pretty organized by keeping everything in those plastic stacking drawers near my computer, but gave up on that when I switched to cartos and DIY waffle liquid permanently.

I have to say, though, your setup is looking nice.

Heyas heinzanova,

Lots of good suggestions here. I use a combination of parts boxes, tackle boxes, small milk crates, and tupperware.

Also, there are plastic dropper bottles that are less likely to leak or have the tips break if you take them with you. These are more on the lines of a "visine" bottle, for lack of a better way to describe them. They have a small dripper tip which fits completely inside of the cap, so they seal better and don't have that long needle tip to worry about, like the ones in your pictures. These types of bottles can be had from many places that sell vaping needs, like Liberty Flights or Madvapes.

:D
