How do you prolong Battery life

Do you use it until battery is dead and recharge?
I read it somewhere that you completely discharge and fully recharge only once in 30 charges.

Most modern ecig batts have protection to cutoff well before they are completely dead. I try to recharge them as quickly as possible. You can recharge them from any point.
