So I heard that you can paint clear nail polish over it, but 1, I don't like the idea of painting chemicals onto the thing I dip into the stuff I vape, and 2, I also hear that the marks come off the syringe even when its painted with nail polish.

Anyway have any tips or ideas on how to keep it from wearing away? (I have yet to try the nail polish)

Also, Just wanted to share with everyone, I picked up 16 new flavors to add to my 40 that I already have, some different size syringes to make the process a little eaiser, and about 70 clear liquid bottles! 10ml's to make up small batchs of single flavors by themselves to use for mixing flavor combinations, and a bunch of 3ml's to use as small testers to mix up different flavors together that I drip out of the 10ml bottles :)

woohoo!

The drip station is almost complete!

GRRRRR they are out of stock on Capella's Vanilla custard, I almsot dont want to place my 100 dollar order until I can get that 1 item!!! bahhhh That custard is my FAVVVVVV flavor!

lol

I got some tape on my desk, Ill try that when I open a new syringe, lucky for me, I have to do weekly injections, and I use 1 syringe to fill, and then switch tips with a 2nd syringe, so that leaves the clean 2nd one for me to add to my DIY stash, so Im set on syringes for each flavor, lol, but they were definitely wearing out within 1 or 2 uses.

Will give the tape a try on the next go-round.

Thanks!

It seems to come off as I am rinsing it out form the previous "thing" i used it for. Like switching from pg to vg etc etc... But now that I picked up a few different syringes, I think I can avoid excessive rinsing cus I will use a separate syringe for each item. 6ml for VG, 5ml for PG, 3ml for nicotine, and 1ml's for flavor, so ill never mix up my nic syringe with a flavor syringe if I were to be using all 3ml syringes.

During the first few mix attempts, I was just using the same syringe for all items, and rinsing it out in a cup of warm water and sucking the water up into it 4-5 times and squirting it back out, and then wiping it off with a towel.... not only was it a pain in the ..., but probaby didnt help in aiding in preserving the markings

Just my opinion but you've wayyy overdoing it with the rinse cycle. I add the nic, use the same syringe for PG next (rinses the syringe quite nicely) and then use it for VG...rinse with a little DW when finished and it's all good.

Flavors might require more but for the "Big Three" ingredients there's little rinsing required IMO.
