How do YOU vape and drive.

I'm simple, Riva 510 with carts. I bring two filled carts attached to two atomizers. Despite living in the sticks and having to drive at least 1 hour to get anywhere I have yet to run out while driving yet (and I regularly drive 2+ hours one way for work) I bring two to make sure that I have enough on the way home. I also usually bring the juice I am vaping in each cart with me so that I can refill if I want to vape the same thing on the way home.

As for holding it while I drive I either stick it between my knees, in my gearshift hand, or in my cleavage. I don't really have a problem finding the button, I usually pick it up and manage to get my thumb right on the button without trying.

I'm thinking about slapping some velcro on my 510 and mounting it on my dash by the radio in a vertical position. Dump a couple drops in the thing and wrip it off the velcro and vape away. Slap it back on when I'm done. I may even mount it on the steering wheel.

Right now I use a ego-t and 2 go-go's and rotate them while chain vapin.

well for a little while I was dripping and driving...then I realized I would eventually kill myself and/or someone else who didn't deserve it...so I researched cartos as extensively as I could and got some boge soft tips...they're awesome and really haven't given me any trouble so far...I keep a black delrin super t drip tip for easy topping...I saw that one guy shorted his system out with a metal one and that's the last thing I need

While driving, I took a bite to expose the meat and started squeezing the hot sauce into the burrito.

Is this considered dripping and driving?

I drip and drive. Line up my Inferno on top my steering wheel, line everything up and drip. Of course everything is done in phases. I don't stop looking at the road until I am ready to drip. Then I make sure its clear and keep that white line in peripheral vision. As long as I am driving straight, I am fine. But once I gather enough money, I probably will get me a bottom feeder of some sort.
