How do you post a you tube video?

As in, just post in here in a thread/post? Or physically post a video you made on YouTube.com?

If it's here, just link the video (it'll be something like http://www. youtube.com / watch?v=fdxIIMWDE0g), and this Forum will automatically convert it into an embedded video.
