There's a sub forum on Something Awful that already does that...It's called BYOB.
Non sequiturs, insults, baby talking, epeen waving, bashing of peoples ethnicity etc. Can be very tedious or funny.
But SA has a "leper's colony" and if you get probated or banned on any subforum, you go on that list to your shame and for the amusement of the rest of the forum members. Probated member's avatar's are changed to a kitten in a cage.
