It’s a decent place. The site is iirc British and has been around even longer than vaping in the US. It’s especially useful if you use older style equipment. A lot of people only know disposables and pods these days
As an Auld 1950s Edinburgh Man originally ( and for our American friends and cousins, it's said Edinburruh not Embro or Edinboro! ) I had to ask Mr Google what irrc meant, but as they say everyday is a learning day!

I always thought it was an American Forum, given how most folk here seem to hale from the USA and anytime I've paid in money to it I had to pay in USD.

So far in all these years I've not met anyone here who owned up to coming from Scottish Scotland ( which by the way is NOT part of England ) ... and we're really no that bad!

I joined in 2008, soon after they entered my city. Iirc (if I remember correctly) Britain had them before the US (they came from mainland china) and I was looking for data in English of this cloud9 thing I had just bought. At that time there were no American sites yet. I personally find it funny that some of the American sites considered long timers actually have “vape” in their names. I watched that word being created here.

The site is hosted outside of the UK, however the owner is indeed 100% British.
Hosting happens in(ahem) a host of places these days and can move across continents seemingly randomly. The term cloud is not exactly inaccurate, though it helps to remember that the cloud is just another person’s computer.
