I just received my order of 25 smoktech 1.7 ohm super shorty SS cartos from Hoosier. With shipping, the cost breaks down to $1.41 each.

These are great cartos on a bottom feeder. I think you would be refilling them a lot if you were to use them on any other type of nicotine dispenser though.

I have some laser drilled boge cartos on the way with my J tank also. I'm hoping they are good. I know I've seen PBusardo using them in a few videos of his and I know if he uses them they can't be bad. He is picky lol.

he also says they taste like bacon lately, and he likes smoktech "resurrectors" just as much.

ETA: TURKEY BACON, actually. Not even like GOOD bacon.

That problem was corrected by Boge.

Phil said, the cartos that have 2 short condoms have the bad taste taste. Out of the 7 cartos I got last week (2 laser drilled and 5 with no holes) they all have 1 long and 1 short condom. Maybe they saw his review LOL. As he suspected and I also believe, something about the 2 short condoms was causing the issues. Or there was a manufacturing problem and it just happen to be on the ones with 2 short condoms.

Either way I have either had good luck or they fixed the issue.

I have used 3 so far, 1 laser drilled in my J-Tank (works flawlessly) and 2 un-punched for juice testing and so far they all work perfect. No strange taste, no burning, just juice. They also replaced their old filler with a looser wrap to help with wicking issues. They work great for me.

With my J-Tank I "chain vape" (toot after toot after toot) and not once have I got a dry hit. Or a burnt taste and I have been using this one carto all day, every day since last thurday.

I've been using xl sr punched Boges in a DCT for over a month now and I love them. Would rate them at 9. Better than the Smoktech's that I was using previously.

I agree. Though, I use laser drilled Boges in a 3ml J-Tank. I previously used xl Smoktechs in a UDCT one piece Smoktech tank and they weren't working very good at all. I would get dry hits a lot and it almost put me off of carto tanks. Fortunately I got a J-Tank and some new cartos with it and everything has been perfect since then. I am for sure a carto tank kind of guy. I also have a vivi nova and I love it but my J-Tank is all I use ATM.

When I used cartos, I had pretty much settled on the Smoktech dual coil 1.5ohm XLs. Boges were hit or miss for me, at least the 2 ohm ones. I'd always get one or two per pack that were defective. Not bad when they worked, though. I'd usually get 4-5 days before they'd start going off. Never used carto tanks, so can't comment on how they'd work there.

Still have some Smoks stashed away for an emergency. I could get a week or so per unit if I didn't use really thick juice. Great vapor and throat hit (for those of you into the throat hit). Flavor was good for a carto. Never bothered with the washing and reusing bit...I'd just use 'em til I could tell they were degrading and give 'em a toss.

I just bought some Boge cartomizers last week. Don't like them at all. The liquid just pools up in the top and doesn't soak in. The Smok carts that I had been using do not do this. Come to a realization that I just don't like cartomizers period, so they are going up for sale and I'll go back to my Vivi Novas and Kanger Tanks.

I had the same exact problem with the Boges I ordered a couple weeks ago, myself. The liquid did not soak in at all, unless I took a toothpick and swirled it around so the juice could get all the way down. I think there must have been a defective batch or something, because I have been using Boges for several months now and have never had an issue. I love them! I just hope they figured out what went wrong and that my next order won't be all jacked up.
