I'm trying to get into rebuildable atty's. but how do we find out exact release date and times for ones such as zap, penelope, spheroid, cobra, bliSS, etc?

ZAP releases are announced on Provape Facebook page. For others, I go to supplier websites, and sign up for email notifications.
