In the past 2 months I ordered 5 auto and 5 manual KR batts from HC and 7 of 10 were bad. During the first week I sent back 2 autos and 1 manual and again paid for the EMS and it took them about a month to get them back even though I paid for EMS. They said slow due to CNY backlog. The remaining 4 bad ones I will just forget about them...cant waste anymore time or money. I have had good luck with the cartomizers and the adapters but check around before you spend big $....maybe I just got two bad batches.

I am on the verge of making a big order. I own a KR808 from
V4L and ive been impressed with the quality of their batteries and carts. Will i be as happy with healthcabins at the lower price?

all of our kr808d-1 batteries and cartomisers are made by Kanger Factory. i think, there should be no big difference among products made by the same factory.

Everything I've ordered from HC has worked perfectly. So far I've ordered regular batteries (manual and auto), a manual mega battery, manual USB PT, and charger case (all for the KR808D-1) and all have worked like a charm. All of the items I bought from them have been in constant use for over a month now and they're still going strong.

If everything you're saying is true, then you must have the worst luck in the world.

I have been purchasing from HC since last summer with zero defects and my concern about the batteries are real. 7 of 10 is not a normal failure rate, it is either a bad batch that got through or a mistake could have been made during the CNY rush. I asked for a replacement of the first three and they were replaced. The others failed immediately thereafter and I decided to just absorb the cost and hassle. You seem you doubt my honesty in this and if you will request that Amy e to authorize the use of her emails I will forward all emails to you from the initial order in mid Jan to the last one in March.

I wasn't attacking you. I was defending HC (Amy). There's a difference. Rereading my post, I can see where you could misread my statement, "If everything you say is true..." as insinuatory, but it was meant more as a figure of speech than an accusatory remark.

If my comments seemed to sharply contrast yours then it is because we both have had sharply contrasting experiences in our dealings with HC. I made my post because after yours, many might assume your experience represents the norm. By adding mine, people can weigh all of the information.

You say you gave on honest appraisal; that's fine. So did I.

Please read the first sentence, the point about "zero defects" and that's from probably 30-40 purchases.....absolutely NO problems. I even made two more orders while the batteries were dying. And it was out of respect for Amy and HC that I said that I needed her/their permission for the emails. I have ordered in excess of 70 batteries from HC and this was the only problem. Sorry...I didn't say it was an appraisal but it is a statement of fact and my concern was that the OP said he was about to drop a big $ order. And I thought it wise to look around if anyone else had battery problems during that time frame. Hope there is nothing left to interpolation.

Go back and read your first post in this thread. From the perspective of someone who doesn't know you from Adam's off ox, it sounds very negative. If you can't see that then there is no point in dragging this out. When I read your first post, it sounded like you were being harsh, so I made my post to reflect my positive experiences with HC.
