Extra attys for sure and perhaps a few extra batteries (2 extra for both of you of each would be a good thing to have).

When you can, a passthrough or two comes in handy if you don't have batteries... or need to save a battery for when you are out.

A PCC for when you are out and about? This will give you the capability to charge batteries on the go without being plugged in.

If the starter kits have one atomizer I would get 2 additional instead of 1. If they both have 2 atomizers the the 1 will probably be fine. Couple extra batteries and I would recommend manual batteries.

Run to Walmart and get you some pyramid tea bags and do that mod. Best cart mod for the 510. Search on hear and you'll find a few how-tos. If you cant find PM me and I'll send you link.

Good luck!

Ok, each J510 come with 2 manual batts, and 2 atty's, 5 cart's and plug in charger..

I think a few extra batteries would be a good idea though and maybe a passthrew would also be a good investment.. I really dont care about the money at this point after thinking about all the money I peed away over the last 15 yrs...

Oh about how long do the atty's last in the 510 ? do you guys recomend cleaning or not?

I got about 4 kits of JOYE 510's from Rocky Mountain Vapor the week of Sept 7th and they're all still working great. Just be nice to your batteries and notice when the light is blinking and they need recharging. Also, don't over-do the juice in the atomizer but don't under-do it either. Keep your filler wet but not flooded. You'll get the knack of it real quick.

I probably wouldn't order anything more until you decide if you want a Mod, like a Janty Stick or Protege or Super-T or Silver Bullet or..... In the long run, they're cheaper to maintain.

Good luck and enjoy your great decision! :D

I haven't lost a 510 atty yet, (about 4 months of use, rotating them). If you keep liquid in them (a drop on the atty bridge each time you refill) it will lengthen the life of them... a good habit to get in to when using a 510.

I do clean mine out once in a while, a soak in Everclear high proof for 24 hours, blow out well to let the alcohol evaporate, reprime with about 4 drops of liquid on the bridge (let soak in for 15 min. or so), and a fresh topped off cartridge and fire 'er up!

Passthrough, PCC and a few extra attys and bats and you'll be pretty set up!

Definitely a PCC. The batteries lose their charge fast. If I'm hitting it hard a new battery may last an hour and a half before it needs to be recharged. Fortunately, that's just about how long it takes the PCC to charge my spare battery - so it evens out.

Oh - and I blow my atty out every few days. Nothing more unless I get a flavor stuck in there that won't go away when I want to change flavors.

I use the Pyramid Tea Bag mod as well. It's perfect for the 510.
