How Long Can E-Liquid Stay Inside My Tank???

Hey guys - Just got my Ego Twist with a Mini Vivi Nova tank.
I'm LOVING IT!
I'd like to keep refilling my tank every few tokes, and keep it pretty much full for the most part so I don't need to tilt it upside down in order to keep the wicks soaked.
However, How long can I keep doing this until I will need to clean out the tank / replace the head/coil ???
How long will e-juice stay good inside the tank? I love the flavor I'm using and don't think I'll be switching flavors anytime soon....

It is probably best to clean it up at lease once a week or so. Especially in winter months. Grems/virii love drier weather. A good maintenance schedule will also keep your gear in good working condition longer.
I have a couple of Kanger T2's 3 months old that work like new on the original heads.

Hot water rinse weekly / Dry everything and do a careful dry burn / load and go again.

Thanks, I'll check out the proper way to do the dry burn. I can deal with once a week to ensure I have long lasting, sterile equipment. No problem!!!
Vaping is pretty amazing. I'm still in shell shock that I haven't craved a cigarette...at all. Why didn't I make this change years ago?

Wow really? I've had some juice in my clearos for.. um... a while. I guess I vape a LOT slower than most people do. I clean them when I refill them. I mean... I assume that (a) nicotine kills all kinds of stuff and (b) vaporizing the liquid will kill anything else... right? But it's not unusual for it to take up to a month for me to clear out two 1.6 ml clearos (I only vape at home, usually in the evenings, and can go several days not vaping when I forget).

I've just found some juices clog your wicks. With those you'll know it's time to clean it. Other than that I have cleaner juices that I run for weeks without having to clean it.
