I've never steeped juices but today decided I would quick steep the juices I got a few days ago. Somewhere I read the idea of using a heating pad, rolling them up and set on low. I've had them in there a few hours, just checked and they are nice and warm. I don't think she said how long to leave them in the heating pad. Any advice?

Heat simply thins out the juice. When thin, is a good time to shake as the flavors and additives mix better when thinner. Personally, I use "Father Time" to steep my ejuice as it's the only true way to 100% reach maturity for full flavor enjoyment. However, time = patience and not many people have that. There's so many ways people "Speed Steep" there juice.

Nevertheless, Using the method you are I would Be careful leaving the bottle on heating pad for a long time. Not a good idea. I would heat the bottle with your pad. SHAKE IT VIGOROUSLY then set in a dark area (drawer or cabinet) for a few days, then re-heat and SHAKE. replace it back in the cool dark area. after a few days open your bottle to let fresh air (oxygen) into the bottle about 2-3 hrs is good then recap it.(Don't leave your bottle un-capped for days. I totally disagree with this.)

Do the above steps for 2 weeks and try it..

Some ppl put their juices in a crock pot all day. I think that's too long, might change the ingredients unfavorably. I did leave mine on low in heating pad for three hours. Now they're put to bed for a couple weeks. I'm still new so trying to get ahead of the game with enough to use while steeping. Some of it's pretty good the day it arrives so it's hard to put away :)

If you like the taste of the eliquid when you get it, then vape it and do not be concerned about steeping. This is all about how you perceive the taste, with the equipment that you use. If you think the eliquid needs a little bit of time, then steep it. Try it again every week or so, until you like the taste. You will soon find out how long it takes for various eliquids and flavors to taste good to you.

My daughter and I like some flavors straight out of the mailbox, even though the vendors and other vapors recommend steeping. We both also have flavors that, for us, benefit from steeping for varying lengths of time before they taste good to us.

Don't forget to shake the bottle before filling or topping off your topper.
