How long do your clearomizers work for + any good cleaning tips

I have a question: How long do your clearomizers work for? I tried to use one continually to see -- it worked okay for a week, but the last couple days were not very enjoyable because there was not much vaper. I have heard different things. I vape constantly -- mine seem to really start going down hill after 3 days of constant use.
Also, does anybody have a method to cleaning them?
After I clean mine, they really work bad!!
