How long does juice sit at customs?

I ordered some 0nic juice from the states a while back now and they have been sitting at customs for about a week now, is this normal?

I got some juices from china and they sit there 7 to 14 days on average.

Why do you assume that ? Out of 5 orders 3 of them made it 2 are still sitting at customs. Like i said my order was from china but eliquid seem to take and extra week. With that said the package was not opened or any bottles tampered with.
