Customs clearance @ VILLE ST-LAURENT, QC

I've ordered Ijoy Limitless Lux mod from the States its been sitting @ VILLE ST-LAURENT, QC since August the 10th waiting for clearance I was told that center is usually slower than any other customs center in Canada any idea how long it usually takes to clear? Does any 1 have experience with that center?

I've had quite a few packages that went though this one. It's fine most of the time.

There was just this one time, it was flavorings and it took 2-3 weeks. I had to call to know what was going on. Turns out it wasn't customs fault, they were waiting for health canada to come and inspect the package, they were at this place only 2 hours a day and they were behind schedule. But by calling, customs were able to put my package on a priority list for health canada which helped a lot.

What's the best number to call? I've tried 1800 461 9999 but no agent available to take the call.

That number is the central one for anything custom related. If you pick up an agent, they will tell you the number for ville st-laurent. I just happen to have it here, I'll send it to you in a PM.
