Could every one that ordered from Health Cabin in Nov and Dec, let us know if you got your order? This will help us that haven't got are orders. So we will know how long the wait will be, or if any of the orders even got through to customs.

I have had pretty good luck getting my shipments. Never really tracked any before this last one. It shipped on the 31st of Dec. Still stuck in Australia since the 3rd.
Wondering if customs is an issue or if any of the flooding over there is causing the problem.

Still waiting for one shipped on Nov. 9th and one on Dec. 13th. Both listed in tracking as still being in China. One shipped on Dec. 15th arrived last week.

You guys, I am new to this, but I found HC before some of you vets. Up through end of november, everything was fine with EMS AND registered mail on all my orders. Now come december, the warnings about it possibly taking 60 days and more are coming true because of the reasons Amy has stated. Now she has reshippped one of mine sent 12/3 because I asked to see if they had made a typo on the tracking number...it is not tracking on either website. I was not demanding or wanting a reshipment at that point.
What happens to those of us that gets reshipments and or refunds for the items that have in Amy's estimation, taken too long? Do we refuse delivery/return to sender the second, or duplicate shipment (whichever gets here last)? This is what I would do. If you want the extra goods, I hope you can pay for them or work something out with HC. I feel bad for them. We want our stuff but none of this is their fault, it is the Chinese package backlog and in cases like mine we don't know where it is as it's not been scanned.
Learned my lesson. EMS in November-December from HC, unless the move to their new location has expedited the registered airmail shipping process. Their particular post office,shipping system, airport or whatever is the problem, because I have gotten a couple packages from Beijing tracking normally and taking only a little bit longer to get here to midwest USA.

Pretty much the same here - I knew what I was doing when I ordered in China at this time of the year, and once the first order reaches 3 months, I will consider contacting HC again, but right now I just don't think I am in a position to complain.
This year I will simply make sure I have everything I need in October. Before November, the average time from order to delivery was around 12 days, no problem at all.

See, that's why I don't like making a fuss too soon: This morning, both delayed parcels arrived safe and sound (if a bit late). One after 65 days, the other after 34. Chinamail tracking still thinkt they are in China, BTW (RR957443527CN and RR544461251CN)

thank you for your update about FDA. it sounds a bad news.
fortunately, all of our orders to the USA do not pass through Chicago customs. we have no orders seized by the customs in the USA in the year of 2010.
refund is ok. we will do that asap.
I am 2/2 getting stuff through Chicago in the last month un-seized, but like it was said, not everything gets looked at.
Also, both my registered mail packs from HC got here as well, both well within the 60 days.
But now I mess around with my cart, putting stuff in and taking stuff out, waiting for eGo T stuff, and I see there is no longer registered airmail option to the US. Can someone tell me what happened, since I haven't been haunting HC so much since I was thinking there was going to be alot of complaining go on about shipments here (even though I see it's not been so bad - the complaining.)???
