I ruined one atty 3 days into it when I first started. That was totally my fault tho. Since then, a little over 3 months, I have been using the same four attys with no loss in performance. I am a heavy vapor and rotate between 4 pvs during the day. I was expecting maybe 3 weeks per atty, so I have plenty spares on hand too.

I purchased a bunch of EM-LR5 atties when they went on sale in May. Been rotating three of them in a Reo, eGo and Mr. Puffer. Wicks removed before first use.

One died last week (probably because I went two weeks without cleaning it). Another broke when I dropped the mod. Third is still going strong. Hot water/dry burn weekly. These things are fabulous for the price.

the first 2 batteries in my starter kit lasted just over one month, then both died on the same day. I rolled out 3 more, one of which I just decided was only going to be used for VVs chocolate mint, since i can't seem to get the taste out of an atty even after cleaning. So of the other 2 one is still around and the other lasted about 3 days. The third one will forever smell like a thin mint.

Do atty's just die? or do they sometimes slowly fade away? I have yet another that technically seems to be working but isn't producing as much vapor as i'm accustomed to.

I've got one atty that's still working after two months of heavy use, another that's worked well for over 6 weeks. I clean them weekly by soaking in vodka, rinsing with water, blowing out and letting them air dry.

I lost one atty when I tried a spearmint flavor e-juice that was so intense it burned my taste buds for hours. No amount of soaking would rid that atty of its horrid (to me) spearmint infection and I finally tossed it.

I use one atty for my all day menthol vape and one for my morning coffee Turkish vape because it seems to me that attys lose the purity of a flavor if you switch up juices on them. I've got two on stand-by for new flavor experiments and/or technical failures whichever happens first.

I vape a LOT. And, I've been doing that for ten months. It's hard for me to judge atomizer life because I usually have 5 or 6 in rotation, several at at time ... I always have at least two complete PVs on my person. Having said that, in ten months, I've got two dead atomizers, and a fistfull of KR808 atomizers which I'm not going to bother with. Still use KR808 routinely, but if one ain't up to sniuff, it's tossed.
